Led a team of over 140 individuals through Regional Sales Directors in assigned geographic territories representing over $200 Million in revenue along with supporting functions in expense management, strategic planning, and human resources.

Planned, developed, & executed a successful sales transformation program (including software & media) for the Florida Region
Led a sales segmentation team to define account segmentation and a conversion team to transition print to web/online

East Region and Southeast Division: Responsible for the leadership, development, and management of the Southeast Division within Cox Auto Trader Auto Mart, with revenues in excess of $85 Million. Directed the overall P & L performance of 24 offices through 11 Regional Directors with oversight to include budgeting, goal setting, and executing objectives for commercial sales, circulation, administration, and accounting functions. Completed multiple organizational re-alignments to include market and product closures while maintaining positive morale of the leadership team. Monthly review and reporting to Senior Management of accomplishments and objectives.
Served on various re-organization and implementation committees to transition and streamline the Company and field offices
Co-led a special project in Circulation sales successfully building a department, adding store count, and key retailers
Designed, organized, and co-led the 2008 national meeting for the company

Southeast Region & AutoExtra.Com: Oversight of the Southeast operations to include commercial, private seller, and circulation sales as well as administration and accounting duties for revenue streams in excess of $41 Million. Responsible for overall P and L of these operations through a mid-level management team as well as the direction and strategy. Recruited, hired, and developed talent into various mid and upper level management positions. Launched a new website (AutoExtra.com) in 2005 as Program Director while maintaining Regional Management duties.
Led the launch and implementation of the automotive website AutoExtra.com in 2005 to enhance company position and advertiser response
Awarded special national recognition from the company President for a successful .com launch
Launched the first new consumer magazine in the boat, cycle, RV segment for the Company

Provided leadership for the local strategy and execution of revenue stream of nearly $28 Million through a team of five department managers. Consistently grew income and revenue streams throughout tenure. Launched new products and initiatives to enhance position. Other local markets managed prior to Atlanta: Washington, DC (‘00-’02 Medium Market - $6 Million), Baltimore, Maryland (‘97- ‘00 Small Market - $2 Million), & Manager in Training (‘96-’97).
Led the first successful launch of a free distribution automotive magazine to provide increased advertiser response in Company
Reorganized the largest office in the United States while increasing profitability in first year by 9%, or $1 Million
Awarded for revenue growth and operating performance in Georgia and other markets throughout the Southeast
Achieved profit in 14 months for the Maryland operation along with sustained and ongoing profit and revenue growth
Held the #1 position for Income Growth (at a percent) for the Company in 2000 for the Maryland operation
